All orders must be checked upon delivery. Any issues, including faults, damages, or incorrect items, must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, any issues reported after this 7-day timeframe will not be eligible for resolution, including replacements, refunds, or store credit.

As items are imported and shipped via third-party couriers, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the order has been dispatched. We kindly ask customers to ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
